Considering I still sound like Kermit the Frog, and considering every last person in the city of Boston is sick (apparently), I thought I’d dedicate another post to this super-fun topic.
When I’m sick, aside from lots of sleep and water (and the nasty tea concoction from my previous post), there are a few things that get me through. Currently, this is what’s doing it for me:

Emergen-C – This is my favorite drink ever. Some people prefer Airborne, but this stuff rocks. It’s a little fizzy naturally, but I like adding it to seltzer water for extra fizziness. Is it possible to drink too much Emergen-C? Will I turn into an orange?

Goldfish Crackers — Who doesn’t love these little guys? They are cute and yummy. Plus, they remind me of being a little kid. If I can’t have my mom here to take care of me, I may as well eat goldfish crackers. Bonus- they taste really good in soup.

Mint Chip Ice Cream — Some people like warmth on their throats when they’re sore, but I’m always one to prefer cold. And there’s an added chilly feeling with mint. I may just eat mint chip ice cream for dinner.

Roswell episodes on Netflix — So, this was one of my all-time favorite tv shows throughout high school. Luckily there are all three seasons available on Netflix. Currently, as I type this, I’m underneath a pile of blankets, drinking Emergen-C, and tearing through Season 1. A girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do.
What do you love when you are sick?
